Ornithologist E. Vernon Laux

Bird News with E. Vernon Laux can be heard every Wednesday morning at 8:35AM, Friday afternoon at 4:30PM

Vern is the author of Bird News: Vagrants and Visitors on a Peculiar Island. He also writes a bird column for the Martha's Vineyard Times and the Cape Cod Times. He also writes Nantucket's "Natural World" for the Inquirer and Mirror.

Vern is the resident naturalist and land manager at the Linda Loring Nature Foundation on Nantucket.
