Public Radio Exchange
Many programs on Arts & Ideas come from the Public Radio Exchange, a project of Atlantic Public
Media in Woods Hole, in
cooperation with WCAI/WNAN/WZAI. The PRX is a somewhat revolutionary
online distribution system which lets listeners hear a great range of
programming, and also allows public radio stations around the country
to download and broadcast it. If you heard something on Arts &
Ideas, chances are you can find it on the PRX. Click here
and type in a few keywords in the search engine to find it. While
you're there, browse around. You can write reviews of programs you
like which helps public radio programmers know what the audience is
thinking. The motto of the PRX is: 'What do YOU want to hear on the
radio?
