My program guide didn't arrive!
If you miss a month of 'GBH, The Members' Guide, it may mean that it has been lost in the mail, that we don't have your correct address or that your membership has expired. If your gift was processed after the tenth of the month, delivery of your magazine will be delayed. (If you wait until just before your membership expires, you may miss an issue of the program guide.) Whatever the reason, please send us an email by using the
Contact Us form. We'll send you a magazine right away and rectify any problem.

Why did I get two program guides?
If you mistakenly receive two copies of 'GBH Guide or any of our mailings, you may be on our mailing list twice. Please send us the address labels from both copies and we will merge the two listings. Or send us an email by using the
Contact Us form.

Where's my MemberCard?
It generally takes four weeks from the time we receive your membership payment for your WGBH MemberCard to arrive. If you need to use your MemberCard before that and have not already received a temporary card, please email us by using the
Contact Us form and we'll send a temporary one right away.

When will my thank–you gift arrive?
If you requested a thank–you gift when you made your pledge, it should arrive about eight weeks from the time we processed your contribution. If it has been longer than that, please contact us. In addition, WGBH assures you of quality. If you are unhappy with your thank–you gift, we will gladly replace it, offer an alternative, or refund your contribution. Just send us an email by using the

Why did I get this mail when I'm already a member?
Because only one out of every ten of our viewers and listeners supports WGBH with a contribution, acquiring new members is an important part of securing WGBH's future. In order to reach people who haven't already joined, we use mailing lists from other organizations. We make every effort to screen these lists, but sometimes a member's name slips through. If this happens to you, please become our partner in this effort by passing the invitation along to someone who values our programs and services. If you have any questions about whether your membership is still active, please email us by using the

Does WGBH exchange my mailing address?
To expand our membership base and increase support for our programs, we periodically exchange some of our donors' names and addresses with other non–profit educational, cultural, and social service organizations in the communities we serve. If you would prefer that your name and address be excluded from these exchanges, please email us by using the
Contact Us form or writing to WGBH, 125 Western Avenue, Boston, MA 02134.

Why did I receive a reminder — I already sent my contribution.
Sometimes, especially after our pledge drives, it can take time processing contributions. So even though you've sent your pledge payment or renewal gift, you may receive another reminder. Please disregard the extra reminder.

When will my membership be due for renewal?
Your membership expiration date is printed on your MemberCard and on the mailing label of your 'GBH Guide. We'll send you renewal notices starting a few months before that time. If you have any questions, please email us by using the
Contact Us form.

Is my contribution tax deductible?
Contributions to WGBH are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, except for the fair market value of any premiums or thank–you gifts received.
