		Gift Shop Volunteer Gift Shop volunteers oversee the operation of the WGBH Headquarters retail shop, located in the lobby of WGBH's new home at One Guest Street in Boston's Brighton neighborhood. Volunteers run the shop's register, checkout merchandise, stock products, and close out the shop as needed. You must have previous experience with customer service, familiarity with cash/credit handling procedures, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
